1.   Gabriel (DOMAIN EXPERT): A psychologist/sociologist that deals with people in the workforce to make their work more engaging and make the employee happier and more focused on his job. a.   Gabriel is a family friend. I gave him a call to tell him about this class and my product and service. Also, he watched my second pitch and I gave him further details about the idea. He agreed that this market is growing and can take more penetration. He said if I needed any testimonials or support with the content creation, information sources, he could help me out. Gabriel does not expect anything in return. Knowing Gabriel will be a great advantage for future uncertainties I have created the content. 2.   Dani (MARKET EXPERT): He has a small online business for college students, where he helps them figure out their passions and helps them find a career they would like. a.   I found Dani online after doing some research on the industry. I looked ...

You. Who you are. What your talents are. What your skills and experiences are. Also: what are your aspirations? Specifically regarding your business concept, how do you see this business (if you were to start it) playing a role in your life? a. I am a people person, which makes conversations with others effortless and I could do it all day. I have been reading a lot of books and watching videos on how to increase focus and how to also become less distracted. This has become one of my greatest hobbies. It is also something where learning for me is effortless. Starting up a business in this niche would be one of the best areas I could imagine because all the administration tasks, creating the content would be something I would enjoy.  What are you offering to customers? Describe the product or service (in other words, how you'll solve customers' unmet needs). a. The customer's unmet needs are productivity and high focus without being distracted. T...

1)Elevator pitch #2 https://youtu.be/QzOcTcFXJFI 2) I did not get a lot of feedback besides a statement that the person that watched the pitch enjoyed me presenting and having good eye contact. 3) I changed the environment this time and tried to sell it better with more active body language and more intense eye contact. Also, I tried making the pain point for the potential customer greater, by adding more cons if the person does not buy the product. In addition, I made put a little more detail, love, and more tries into this attachment. I felt more comfortable foing this second one and I even enjoyed it a lot.

They are seeking more focus and productivity to succeed in life. They are chasing the better version of themselves. His/her hobbies might be playing video games, doing things that distract him/her. He/she is in college, so he/she goes to class and tries to learn and studying but is not finding a lot of success. He/she wants to break out of her bad habits but is not able to because he/she has no guidance. They might own a car they might not, if they do, they will have a lower-priced car like a Mitsubishi Galant 2012/ silver (because college kids are usually broke). They watch a lot of YouTube videos, read books about becoming better overall and enjoy learning about other people’s success stories. He/she also watch Netflix. He/she enjoys documentaries because they think they want to watch something they can learn from. They spend a lot of time researching about having a great life and being successful but do not act themselves. They are distracted by social media and other unimport...

What's my secret sauce? I believe I have human capital in various ways: I lived in Austria for most of my life and I have traveled to many places around the world. This makes me cultural educated and this also made me an extremely diverse person that can adapt to new environments. I am also very outgoing and I can make anyone my friend or build social capital with them. I am extremely driven and do not stop working on things I believe in, which also makes me never give up on things I really support.  1: https://soundcloud.com/user-958258405/interview-1/s-SaqFN Jack my very good friend talked about my mindset and my determination. He also claimed that I am extremely easy to talk to and said I am a free spirit. He also admires my focus. 2: https://soundcloud.com/user-958258405/sets/int2/s-NQjGZ Nicola says I am a people person that is also good with animals, children and old people. She also claimed that I am very believable and can sell my ideas or a product/se...

After conducting 3 interviews with potential customers that feel the need to possibly use my product/service and are in my market segment I found the following: My segment (college students that are distracted from technology and lose their focus easily) do care about the price of my product/service but their most important factor is effectiveness. They also all agreed that the course has to be straight forward and has to include practical methods of improving their focus and reducing their screen time. The potential customers also expect money back guarantee in case the service does not meet expectations. Because of the target segment is younger aged people they would be more likely to purchase online. Parents might be involved with this purchase which could make them the actual purchaser in most cases. The transaction would be made by credit card online, which makes the purchase easy and gives the customer an instant ability to use the product/service.   The way the custo...

          1) You read about an entrepreneur: I read the success story of Orville and Wilbur Wright, the brothers that invented, built, and flew the first aircraft in history. (by David McCullough ) What surprised you the most? That the two brothers never attended college and still managed the physics and the engineering for the planes. What about the entrepreneur did you most admire? What I most admired about the Wright brothers is that they did not care too much about what other people thought of them. They followed their vision and did not let anyone else get into their way. What about the entrepreneur did you least admire? That they sold their idea to the French first. I do understand the reasons behind it and I probably would have done it the same way, but this made France the first country to build these planes in mass production. 2) Did the entrepreneur encounter adversity and failure? If so, what did they do about it? 2  ...

1)       Tenaciousness is a competency. What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course? Giving yourself enough time to finish the assignment the day before the deadline (no student wants to work on his assignment under pressure in the morning after waking up). Also, the course will be easier if you figure out an interesting product/service similar to your hobbies/studies. I personally enjoy going to the lectures because you will be more engaged and if you take in the most important topics the cupcakes should be manageable. Just do not miss any deadlines and also never forget to do the deceleration (only by forgetting to press one extra button, it could cost you valuable points). 2)       Tenaciousness is also about attitude. Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude duri...

1) Pick a segment: College students with concentration issues. 2/3/4) Interview #1: After talking to a student who felt very distracted, overwhelmed and unproductive with his college work, I found out interesting information:     i. Problem rec: His problem recognition came up after walking out of the building, after his first exam this semester. The interviewee felt like he failed the exam. He claimed to have studied but he also said his study sessions where not very efficient he wasted a lot of time multitasking and unfocused learning.      ii. Info search: The interviewee felt the need for support in that situation and started googling. He claimed to have watched videos on YouTube, but his study habits still have not changed and he is still distracted from all the things that are happening around him, including his Xbox and his phone he claimed.   Interview #2 : I talked to a girl in the library and she told me all abo...
