Having most of the knowledge to make the product is the most valuable resource because it is the foundation for everything, and it is very rare. It gives me a competitive advantage over others and it has a large human factor to it conveying the knowledge, which makes it very inimitable.

    Hello Steve,
    I think you did a great job analyzing the resources that you bring to the table and which ones can help take your venture to the next level. I agree that having the knowledge to make the product helps as it makes you more passionate about the product you are creating. You already have the information necessary to make the product and have the understanding to determine what will make your product successful compared to the other competitors on the market. Being informed about the product and about the industry will aid in your credibility/legitimacy, as consumers will know that you are actually knowledgeable about what you are selling.

    The resources that you provided are essential to keeping your service or product alive. It is very important to have the equipment, software, skills, and knowledge to start up a company or business. You must know what you are getting into before entering that certain field. I agree that the most valuable resource you have is the knowledge because without it, you won't have the basic fundamentals down to build your product. Great work!

My cousin created a software program about a year ago. It is very difficult having to build software, coming up with a business plan, creating a budgeting plan, establishing a marketing strategy, and searching for potential investors on your own. That’s why I am currently supporting my cousin and taking some work off his shoulder. Inbound Marketing What was the general theme or argument of the book?  In general, the book  Inbound Marketing , by Brian Halligan, talks about how to generate leads on the internet. The main topics are SEO, Blogging, Social Media and other tools for building your brand.      How did the book, in your opinion, connect with and enhance what you are learning in ENT 3003?
